Empower through knowledge – create Cyber Saathis (cyber friends) in all spheres with special focus on children, parents and teachers and simultaneous knowledge empowerment of Cyber Saathis in Government Authorities, Law Enforcement Agencies (LEA) and Judiciary.
Enable a safer Digital India through knowledge;
Provide online and offline resources for creating awareness of threats and remedies in case of cybercrimes;
Prevent & Protect through sharing of information of cyber threats and vulnerabilities;
Empower victims through knowledge of remedies available in law;
Create a Cyber Saathi in every household / company / Government office / LEA to enable self – help / peer mentoring for prevention, protection and when required prosecution;
Revolutionize the concept of cyber safety by empowering every person to become a Cyber Saathi;
Create an army of Cyber Saathis, especially amongst children to empower and enable them to assist peers and adults in remaining safe and understanding remedies available in law to protect and prosecute;
Prevent general public, especially children from becoming criminals due to ignorance – preventing cybercrimes through awareness of actions amounting to cybercrimes;
Ensure gender sensitization in handling cybercrime cases;

Undertake research in cyberlaws including on emerging technologies and law;
Guide development of cyber policies for open, safe and secure digital spaces;
Encourage, through research papers and knowledge dissemination development of ‘Responsible Technologies” and responsible usage;
Function as a think tank in contributing to evolution of cyber laws and policies;
Publication of white papers / research papers on topics pertaining to technology and law;
Participate in / contribute to law-making and in evolving legal remedies for technology enabled cybercrimes;
Play key roles in the evolution of precedents and law pertaining to or impacting the digital or technology domains;
Update Cyber Saathi resources online on emerging trends of cybercrimes and remedies in law;
Engage with students, teachers, parents, corporate entities and Government to evolve cyber safety tools and processes;
Undertake research for improving effective enforcement mechanisms;

Be the reliable and authentic online resource on cyber laws;
Evolve online and offline modules for awareness programs and training programs on cyber laws;

Undertake capacity building and awareness programs for judiciary, police and Government authorities;
Undertake awareness programs for Industry with special focus on Data protection, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, Cloud Computing, Intermediary Liabilities, Jurisidictional applicability and Electronic Evidence best practises;
Encourage development of Responsible Technologies by Industry;
Involve Industry and other stakeholders in evolving awareness and training programs.
