Cyber Saathi Collaborations with other Civil Society Organizations, Educational Institutions and Industry Chambers of Commerce and other organizations and entities. These are collaborations to further the vision and mission of Cyber Saathi and nothing set out herein or in the understandings with any of the entities or persons named hereunder amounts to or shall be deemed to create a relationship of employment, agency or Collaborations between Cyber Saathi and the entities named hereunder.

It is clarified that the only relationship of Cyber Saathi or its Founders with the entities named hereunder are arms-length collaborations and strictly on a principal-to-principal basis. Nothing herein shall be deemed to establish a Collaborations, joint venture, association or employment relationship between Cyber Saathi and those named herein and Cyber Saathi shall not be liable for any representation, act or omission of such entities or persons associated therewith. None of the entities or persons named therein have any right or authority to assume or to create any obligation or responsibility, express or implied, in the name of or on behalf of Cyber Saathi. Cyber Saathi along with the entities and persons named herein shall undertake initiatives together as independent contractors, who shall be liable and responsible for their individual acts, commissions and omissions
